BBC Bitesize – Geography
We spent a large part of 2018 creating a 22 episode series all about Geography for BBC bitesize.
Join geographer Sue Venir on her eco blimp bus as she travels the world and gets hands on with Geography.
The series takes us hiking mountains, kayaking in Switzerland, desert tasting in Japan and much more!

Sue Venir’s travels gave us an opportunity to really flex our design, background and layout work. Each episode required multiple locations, side characters, props and vehicles, and our first dabbles into 3D and some serious production planning resulting in a project feeling like a microcosm of a full series production.
We also got to push our After Effects rigging to new heights, with a flexible Sue Venir puppet rig that boasted a wide range of motion in head turns, shoulders, rotations and facial controls, along with a custom ui panel for mouth and hand shape selections.
